Mediators' Roster

To establish a more open, professional, and efficient cross-border dispute resolution mechanism, and to further serve and support the development of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, people's courts at all levels in the mainland part of the Greater Bay Area may, with the consent of the parties, appoint or entrust Hong Kong and Macao invited mediators listed in the roster to mediate Hong Kong and Macao-related civil and commercial cases.
